Wildfire Resilience and screening of The Test documentary film
April 29 @ 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm
The Gem Event Centre, located at 900A Harvie Heights Road
The Resilience Institute is a national charity dedicated to reducing the suffering caused by climate change impacts. Our team is hosting a community-to-community learning event on wildfire resilience in Canmore in late April, and we want to extend the invite representatives from the Bow Valley Naturalists. The event includes a screening of The Test, a powerful documentary highlighting Logan Lake, BC’s community-led approach to wildfire preparedness, followed by an interactive panel discussion with fire professionals from Logan Lake, Jasper, Hinton, and Canmore who have firsthand experience.

The event can be attended in person and virtually. Please note that in-person space is limited, and attendance is by registration only via our website.
